Set up iCloud Photo Sharing
After setting up iCloud Photo Sharing, you can create shared streams and subscribe to shared streams created by others. For iCloud Photo Sharing system requirements, see the Apple Support article iCloud: System requirements.
On an iOS 7 device
Go to Settings, tap iCloud, tap Photos, then turn on Photo Sharing.
On an iOS 6 device
Go to Settings, tap iCloud, tap Photo Stream, then turn on Shared Photo Streams.
On a Mac to work with iPhoto or Aperture

On Apple TV
Go to Settings > iCloud.
Select Sign In, press the center button on your remote, then follow the onscreen instructions to enter the Apple ID and password you use with iCloud.
Select iCloud Photo Settings, press the center button on your remote, select Turn On Photo Sharing, then press the center button on your remote again.
On a Windows computer
Install the iCloud Control Panel if it isn’t already installed on your computer.

Open the iCloud Control Panel, then turn on Photos.
iCloud Photo Sharing is set up by default. To turn it off, click Options, then turn off Photo Sharing.

To change the iCloud Photo Sharing location on your computer, click Options. Click Change to choose a folder, then click OK.
By default, shared streams are in the PicturesMy PicturesiCloud Photos folder.
Click Apply.
